Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy at SALAS Collective Care blends hands-on expertise with active rehabilitation. Through manual therapy, active rehab and individualized care, we work with you to relieve pain, rebuild function and prevent setbacks.

Our Approach

The SALAS Approach To Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy at SALAS is informed by your story and how your body moves. We take time to assess your posture, joint mobility, strength and pain patterns to build a care plan that evolves with your progress.

Treatment may include manual therapy, active rehab, dry needling (IMS) and supportive technologies like shockwave or ultrasound. We also offer physiotherapy for prenatal and postnatal care, supporting core and pelvic function through every stage.
