What is Massage Therapy RMT?
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is the clinical application of hands-on techniques used to assess and treat soft tissue and musculoskeletal conditions. It goes beyond relaxation to target specific areas of tension, dysfunction or injury.
Our Approach
The SALAS Approach To Massage Therapy RMT
Massage therapy at SALAS is guided by your body’s needs and your stage of life. Our RMTs combine manual techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release with an understanding of how your body responds to stress, injury and daily life.
We offer care for children, teens, adults and seniors, as well as a focus on prenatal and postnatal massage therapy. We have many helpful tools to help prenatal clients stay comfortable during their treatment. This may include an altered treatment table setup or specific pillows used to provide extra support where needed.

Is Massage Therapy RMT Right For You?
Massage Therapy RMT may be helpful if you’re experiencing:
- Chronic muscle tension or soreness
